The paths of Form Grup and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) first crossed in 2011. Form Grup established a company called Form VRF Sistemler San. Tic. A.Ş. related to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) VRF product range, and took over the exclusive dealership of the VRF product group in Turkey and some surrounding countries.

Starting from 2014, Form VRF Sistemleri has consistently received the "Firm with the Most Sales in the Year" award in the VRF field. Based on this success, Form and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) started negotiations to establish a joint company. With an awareness of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) technological strength and innovative approach, not only in sales but also in engineering, the two companies signed a partnership agreement on January 30, 2019, and established Form MHI Air Conditioning Systems Inc.
