While normal Heat Pump devices can reach hot water values only up to 55°C, "Q-Ton" can produce hot water up to 90°C with the combination of the world's first Rotary and Scroll compressors and the use of CO² fluid. In 2011, the Heat Pump unit received the "Best Technology Award" by the Japanese Society of Air Conditioning Engineers (JSRAE) and the "Energy Efficiency and Saving Product First Prize" by the Energy Conservation Center of Japan (ECCJ).
